Leg Day

5 Rounds for max rep lunges of:

2 Minutes to complete:
10 Burpees
Max rep front rack alternating lunges with remaining time (Men 135 lbs, Women 95 lbs)
1 Minute rest

My total:  45 lunges, 65#

This was a bitch!  But I loved it.  Well...two hours later I loved it.  It was misery while it was going on, but wow.  I need to do this every single day.  I can feel it already.  And yeah, I should've gone heavier and just gutted it out.  Next time, for sure.


Strength today was a front squat ladder
1 squat the first minute
2 the second minute...through 10 minutes

I chose 95# and made it easily through all 10 rounds.

Great programming today!  Tomorrow sounds fun too!!
