Cardiorama

This was a total cardio blast, and I needed it.  I've got a few pounds to drop and cardio (and eating clean) is the only way to get rid of it! 

For max reps:

4 Minutes of rowing (calories)
1 Minute rest
4 Minutes of double unders
1 Minute rest
3 Minutes of rowing
1 Minute rest
3 Minutes of double unders
1 Minute rest
2 Minutes of rowing
1 Minute rest
2 Minutes of double unders
1 Minute rest
1 Minute of rowing
1 Minute rest
1 Minute of double unders

My results:
Rowing:  43, 35, 23, 13
Doubles: 90, 70, 55, 35

Total reps:  364

Strength was after the WOD today.  Find your one rep max of hang squat snatch.  Well, I was too freaking tired to max out on anything so I did 5 lifts:  65-65-65-70-70

Before and after class I ran 400m.
