Hello!

Well, here we are June 1, and I haven't blogged in forever.

It's been a rough year for me, honestly.  I started out in January with bronchitis, and progressed from there to pneumonia and sinus infection and back to bronchitis.  By Mid-March I was feeling better and managed to run a 5k in April, knowing I already had a stress fracture, likely from a combination of double-unders and running.  So, physically it's just been a rough year.

Today I am happy to report that my stress fracture seems to be healed.  I ran this morning during the WOD with no ill effects.  Not sure how I feel about double unders should they come up in the next little while.  I'll just see how it goes.

Haven't set any huge PR's lately, but did manage a 3 Rep Max on push press at CrossFit Hermitage, during a drop-in visit last week.  That felt pretty good.

Today's WOD:

6 Minute AMRAP of:
Run 800m*
10 Back Squats 135/95 115/80 or 95/65
Max Reps S20 (front or back rack OK)

Rest 2 minutes

4 minute AMRAP of:
Run 400m
10 Back Squats 135/95 115/80 or 95/65
Max Reps S20 (front or back rack OK)

Rest 2 minutes

3 Minute AMRAP of:
Run 200m
5 Back Squats135/95 115/80 or 95/65
Max Reps S20 (front or back rack OK)

Total:  61

I scaled the first run to 600m*
