Pick two of the elements of CF that I am the slowest at, combine them and make them the WOD.  And, there you have it.  Of course, I finished last today.  Of course.  And if anyone finishes slower than that, I'll never know because I doubt they'd post their time on the CFJ website.  Just let me think I'm last.  Ha ha!!
