30 Lateral jumps over a bumper plate (Men 45 lb plate, Women 25 lb plate)
My time: 19:44 – sub bar dips for ring dips
The toes to bar killed my time on this workout! Somewhere in the first round I got the bright idea to take off my gloves, which I never do. My thinking was that they were making me hotter. No. It's just hot these days. So, anyway, I started slipping off the bar and I decided to chalk up. It helps. But since I am accustomed to wearing gloves, my hands got sore pretty quickly. I'm sticking with my gloves from now on!! Live and learn.
