Whew!  I'm pretty sure this was my first time to do this WOD.  Running felt great this morning - I was able to get into a decent breathing pattern and maintain it.  That makes all the difference between a good run and a bad run.  I didn't sleep much last night, but it didn't seem to have much of a negative effect on my workout.  (Although, I could fall asleep right now on my desk.)
